Nimisha Pandey is an Indian content director and media executive known for her work across television and digital streaming platforms. She is an alumna of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, and won a National Film Award for her short film Cradle Song, becoming one of the youngest recipients of the award. Over her career, she has held leadership roles across major entertainment companies, including Director of International Originals at Netflix and Chief Content Officer for Hindi Originals at ZEE5, where she led the development of original streaming content. Pandey has also played a key role in shaping India’s OTT ecosystem, previously helping launch the digital platform ALTBalaji and contributing to the development of numerous successful series and television shows.
