Megha Tata joined<\/span> Cosmos Maya as Chief<\/span> Executive O<\/span>fficer on 3<\/span>rd<\/span> October 2022 where she will oversee<\/span>
the<\/span> firm\u2019s<\/span> operation and lead the animation studio into its next phase of growth.<\/span> Megha has held<\/span>
leadership roles at organizations such as<\/span> WB Discovery,<\/span> BTVI, HBO, Turner International and Star T<\/span>V. I<\/span>n an<\/span>
illustrious<\/span> career spanning over 3 decades,<\/span> Megha has had a consistent record of increasing sales, effective<\/span>
negotiation, profit and loss analysis and strategic implementation of business operations. Ability to<\/span>
overcome obstacles and capture oppor<\/span>tunities by closing exclusive deals,<\/span> create and implement<\/span> savvy<\/span>
marketing strategies has<\/span> been her forte.<\/span> An industry veteran, she leads multiple national as well as<\/span>
international industry forums and an esteemed member of the National Media and Entertainme<\/span>n<\/span>t<\/span>
Committee of FICCI.<\/span><\/span>
Megha<\/span> has been on the board of IBF (Indian Broadcasting Federation).<\/span> She<\/span> served<\/span> as<\/span> the<\/span> Vice<\/span> President<\/span>
of<\/span> the<\/span> International<\/span> Advertising<\/span> Association<\/span> (IAA)<\/span> India<\/span> Chapter<\/span> from<\/span> 2016<\/span>–<\/span>2018<\/span> and<\/span> as<\/span> President<\/span> of<\/span>
IAA<\/span> –<\/span> India<\/span> Chapter<\/span> (2020<\/span>–<\/span>2022)<\/span>.<\/span> The<\/span> second<\/span> woman<\/span> to<\/span> hold<\/span> that<\/span> position.<\/span> Currently<\/span> she<\/span> is<\/span> the<\/span>
Immediate<\/span> Past<\/span> President<\/span> of<\/span> IAA.<\/span> Megha has been instrumental in launching several marquee projects in<\/span>
the Indian broadcast space.<\/span> She<\/span> has been bestowed with multiple industry accolades during h<\/span>er career.<\/span><\/span>
Megha<\/span> is recognized amongst the top 50 influential women in media, marketing and advertising and was<\/span>
also conferred \u2018Women of the decade in media\u2019 by the Women Economic Forum in 2018.<\/span>She<\/span> was<\/span> also<\/span>
adjudged<\/span> am<\/span>ongst<\/span> Asia’s<\/span> Most<\/span> Inspirational<\/span> Women<\/span> in<\/span> Leadership<\/span> for<\/span> 2022<\/span> by<\/span> House<\/span> of<\/span> Rose<\/span>
Professional.<\/span>
In addition to being actively involved in industry initiatives, Megha is energized by engaging with young<\/span>
minds through guest lectures at leading educational institutes including IIT, IIM, ISB, UBS, a<\/span>nd is<\/span>
